Sleeping bags
Clothes (not so much that there’s no space left in the bag)
Shirts, shorts, swimwear (trunks and rash guards), underwear (pack a week’s more that needed), pajamas, a jacket (or a rain coat), and a sweater
Flip-flops
Hat or a cap
Sunglasses
Sunblock
Insect repellant (spray or lotion)
Water jug
Towel (at least two)
Toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, tissue paper
Hair brush
Laundry bag
Emergency cash
